From April 2022 to 4, 30, the Latvian Motor Insurers' Bureau, in cooperation with the Road Traffic Safety Directorate and the State Police, is implementing a social campaign aimed at explaining to the public the need for timely MOT insurance and technical inspections, as well as reducing the number of drivers who do not purchase MOT insurance or miss the validity dates of technical inspections.
