According to the Clause 15, Part 1 and Article 1 of Clause 7 of the "Law on Data Protection of the Physical Person" you may receive the data only about your contracts concluded. The other persons' rights on the protection of their personal data are protected by the Clause 6 of before mentioned Law. The liability is foreseen for the illegal data processing of the physical person according to the legislation and resolutions of the Republic of Latvia.
